Swiss Stuffing Crock Pot Chicken

You Will Need:

  • 4 Boneless, Skin Less Chicken Breasts, Cut in Halves
  • 1 boxes of Stuffing
  • 1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/4 Cup of Milk
  • 1/4 Cup of Butter (melted)
  • 4 Slices of Swiss Sheese – I used Kraft Slices.
  • Cooked Broccoli

Directions:

Spray the slow-cooker with cooking spray and lay the chicken breasts flat and cover with the swiss cheese. Mix the milk and the soup, pour over chicken. Add the stuffing  and drizzle the melted butter over top the stuffing. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. (or 4 hours on high). I usually make broccoli with this meal.
