Welcome to the Busy Mom Diary. We are a one-stop hub for parents (mostly moms) that are looking for informative advice, hearty family meals or some good-hearted laughs. We offer helpful advice on parenting, pregnancy, breastfeeding, mental health, meal planning, weight loss and fitness and so much more.
I created The Busy Mom Diary as a platform to share my family struggles and parenting accomplishments, ok and fails too. I’m a full-time working, potty-mouthed and tempered, home-cooking, thrift-finding thirty-something mom on a budget. If this is your first time visiting, I’d love for you to get to know me better. If the kids are napping or you have time to spare you can read about my daughter’s battle with anorexia and depression, and then read why I didn’t win the Mother of the Year Award or how I feed my family on a budget. That pretty much sums up my life in a nutshell.
Except this site is about much more than just me. We’ve grown from a personal blog page to a family community. The Busy Mom Diary community includes both this website and our social media platforms (Facebook Page, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
Cindy Price is a mom to 3 crazy teenagers, whom she adores, that keep her busier than she’d like to admit. With the oldest being a college freshman living at home, and the other two navigating high school life, she’s constantly riding the wonderful roller coaster of teenagehood. From this, she enjoys writing and creating content to educate other parents and families. As family is her #1 priority and passion, it is her greatest wish that every family can overcome individual hardships together, and become a stronger, more connected unit. Because of this passion, Cindy especially loves to write about her own parenting experiences, and craft educational pieces about the many struggles, blessings, and lessons that result from raising teens. She hopes that by sharing her triumphs and failures as a mom of teens, through her writing, she can encourage, advise, and assist other moms and parents in their journey through raising teenagers.
