Budget-Friendly Meal Plan No. 5

Wow, the support that I have received from these weekly meal planning posts has just been so incredible. Just a quick reminder that I post my weekly menu to encourage menu planning and to give meal ideas, not as a nutritional standard. You should feed your family based on your priorities and values.

I am trying hard to get this posted as soon as possible to allow for shopping and price-matching when available. Of course, if you are in or around the Eastern region of Ontario, you may be able to catch the same deals that I’m working with for this plan.

This week kept us very busy with school and extra-curriculars so we are preparing some of our favorite meals from previous weeks.  You can find these recipes in Week 1 and Week 3.

Sunday: Grilled Cheese and Soup
Monday: Chicken Tacos
Tuesday: Glazed Meatloaf with broccoli
Wednesday: Classic Spaghetti
Thursday: Sesame Chicken with Rice
Friday: Loaded Baked Potato
Saturday: Sloppy Pizza Joes with veggies
