Today, I attempted a new dessert. As Ethan so mentioned to me previously how he was disappointed that I failed to buy any apple pie, I put my skills to the test and created this easy Butter Pecan Apple Back. It was by far one of the easiest desserts to make and was absolutely delicious – the entire family enjoyed it. I will probably be adding this to our go-to dessert menu.
You Will Need:
- 2 Cans of Apple Pie Filling
- I Cake Mix of Butter Pecan
- 6 Tablespoons of Butter
Directions: Add the apple pie filling to the bottom of the slow cooker, then add the cake mix and top with 6 tablespoons of butter. I put the butter in two columns with three rows, and eyeballed the middle of the mixture. Then cook on high for 2.5 hours and serve with cool whip.
