Chicken Alfredo Broccoli

Earlier this week, we adopted a brand new recipe — Chicken Alfredo Broccoli. I made this up on the fly, and to my surprise, my family liked it!! I loved that it was super easy to make.

An excellent recipe for those busy nights when you’re too tired to cook anything fancy.

– jar of Alfredo Sauce
– frozen broccoli (you can probably use fresh too)
– 3-5 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces.

1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on low for 4 hours.

Direction for Freezer Cooking

Add all ingredients to a large freezer bag, seal, and place in the freezer. When ready to use thaw and dump contents in slow-cooker.

** we served this dish with penne noodles, but it can be served on its own as well.
