Budget-Friendly Family Meal Plan No. 6

This week, we are trying out a couple of new recipes that I got over from eMeals. I will be providing a more in-depth review of eMeals later this week. But since you already here, let me tell you about this fantastic website. eMeals offers many different meal plans on a monthly (or yearly) subscription. It’s like a one-stop-shop for your menu-plan and your grocery list. We’ve signed up for a free trial of the Budget-Friendly Menu.

This week we spent approx. $175.00. We spent more than I wanted. We were busy this week and ended up shopping on the fly without reviewing price matching items. We also bought extra pantry items that we haven’t purchased recently.

Click here for this week’s grocery list.

I post my weekly menu to encourage menu planning and to give meal ideas, not as a nutritional standard. You should feed your family based on your priorities and values. What are you eating this week? If you have used any of our meals, please post a photo and tag us on Instagram or Twitter. We’d love to see how it turned out. Leave us a comment to share your ideas.
