This week, we are skipping the fancy schmancy meals, and we are getting back to the basics. What exactly does this mean? Well, we’re ditching the meal recipes and only using items that we have on hand, stocked in the fridge, freezer or cupboard.
Ha, why would we ever do this? I’m not crazy. I swear this all part of a bigger plan. Okay. Okay. I’ll share my secret. We are gearing up to accept the $150 Costco Meal Challenge. If you haven’t heard of this, bookmark The Busy Mom Diary, and you will find all the details right here. Next Week. Hint: It’s supposed to create 22 complete family dinners.
